Role summary
This is a Google’s Paid Advertisement Project (Google Ads) where Business Development Managers will visit a set of assigned leads and onboard them onto Google Ads. Each merchant will begin with a starting budget of Rs 5,000. The purpose is to help businesses enhance their visibility on Google Maps and generate new prospects and customers through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field executives and onboarding specialists to achieve business targets.
❖ Plan and allocate leads and territories to team members for maximum coverage and productivity
❖ Drive merchant and SME acquisition by ensuring effective onboarding onto Google Ads through the team.
❖ Ensure clients are properly educated on the benefits of Google advertising and digital visibility.
❖ Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes including documentation, account setup, ad activation, and compliance
❖ Monitor team performance on daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to onboarding and revenue.
❖ Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve team capability and efficiency
❖ Maintain strong relationships with key merchants and high-value clients to ensure long-term retention.
❖ Resolve escalations, client issues, and operational challenges in coordination with internal support teams.
❖ Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams for smooth campaign execution and service delivery.
❖ Prepare and present MIS reports, performance dashboards, and business reviews to management.
❖ Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase penetration and revenue.
❖ Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
❖ Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development.
❖ Strong background in selling high-value products orservices.
❖ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
❖ Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings
❖ Tech-savvy and able to explain digital marketing concepts clearly.
