Job Description
Job Title: Distributor Salesman (DBSM)
Location: Prayagraj (Allahabad)
Salary: ₹8500 - 16,500 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily and generate sales.
- Take orders and ensure effective market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide daily sales and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG field sales/Distributor Salesman (DBSM) role.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local Prayagraj market will be preferred.
