🔹 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head Accountant to lead and manage the accounting function. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end financial operations, compliance, and reporting.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complete accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Ensure timely closure of books and reporting to management
• 🔹 Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / Inter CA preferred/ CMA/ ICWA)
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian accounting standards
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP systems, or similar
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
