🔹 Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Hospital Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end operations of a healthcare facility in Prayagraj. This role requires a strong blend of operational excellence, patient-centric thinking, and business acumen to ensure seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Direct and streamline daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, emergency, and allied services
- Ensure efficient patient flow, optimal resource utilization, and minimal turnaround time
- Establish and monitor SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
Patient Experience & Quality Excellence: Drive a culture of patient-centric care and service excellence
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores and feedback systems
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards and best practices
Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including administration, nursing, and support staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, and training initiatives
- Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment
Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and healthcare standards, including NABH guidelines
- Lead internal audits, inspections, and accreditation processes
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols
Financial & Business Performance: Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and cost control
- Track financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and business growth
Vendor & Infrastructure Management: Manage vendor relationships for medical supplies, equipment, and facility services
- Ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of hospital infrastructure
Reporting & Strategic Insights: Develop and present MIS reports on operational, financial, and quality metrics
- Analyze KPIs such as bed occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS, and patient satisfaction
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making
🔹 Key Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of hospital operations and healthcare compliance
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
- Ability to manage high-pressure, dynamic environments
🔹 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
- MBA / MHA (Healthcare) preferred
🔹 Preferred Profile: Experience in multi-specialty or mid-to-large hospitals
- Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and patient experience
- Familiarity with NABH accreditation processes
- Local market understanding of Prayagraj is an added advantage
