Kotak 811 Sales Agent

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Kotak 811 Sales Executives / Business Development Officers (BDO). The primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and facilitate the opening of Kotak 811 Zero Balance Savings Accounts through field sales activities while ensuring excellent customer service and account activation.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Kotak 811 Zero Balance Savings Accounts.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and promotional activities.

Educate customers about the features and benefits of Kotak 811 accounts.

Assist customers with the account opening and KYC verification process.

Ensure successful account activation and debit card issuance.

Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the Team Leader to improve sales performance and productivity.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products and services.
