About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant & Bar Executive to manage daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support overall outlet performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth functioning

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per guidelines
• Manage table reservations, guest seating, and order flow efficiently
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination
• Support in staff supervision, scheduling, and basic training
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations related to food & beverage service
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance revenue

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/bar operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good team coordination and multitasking abilities
