Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our business by building strong relationships with customers and increasing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Visit customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
