About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate for Solar Lead Generation and Solar Project Sales in Prayagraj. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions, and converting leads into successful solar project sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationGenerate solar installation leads from residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Prayagraj.
- Visit local markets, societies, offices, and businesses for lead collection.
- Conduct field marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
- Sales & Customer HandlingExplain rooftop solar systems, savings, subsidy benefits, and installation process to customers.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers in finalizing projects.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Market DevelopmentBuild relationships with local dealers, electricians, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in Prayagraj region.
- Promote government solar schemes and subsidy programs.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in sales, field marketing, solar industry, or lead generation preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must own a bike and smartphone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work in Prayagraj.
