Job Description
Sundar Griha Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Project Manager / Site Engineer (Civil) to lead and supervise construction projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent site management skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, planning and monitoring construction progress as per project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards, verifying measurements, bills, and material consumption, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, managing manpower, machinery, and material availability, ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications, and resolving site-related technical issues efficiently while delivering projects on time and within quality standards.
