Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Recruitment Specialist)Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic Telecalling Executive to join our recruitment team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, screen, and hire Delivery Partners for our logistics network. This role is ideal for those who enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in Human Resources or Sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing: Call potential candidates from provided leads to explain the delivery partner role.
- Hiring: Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for delivery boys.
- Documentation: Assist candidates with the onboarding process and document collection.
- Targets: Achieve daily calling and weekly hiring targets to earn high incentives.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month.
- Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives for every successful hire.
- Flexibility: * Full-time and Part-time shifts available.
- Internship certificates provided for students/freshers.
- RequirementsExperience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
- Skills: Good communication skills in regional languages and basic English.
