Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls, provide product information, generate leads, and support sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and queries politely.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or as required).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Positive attitude, convincing power, and patience.
- Experience in telecalling / telesales will be an added advantage.
Work Experience:0–3 years (Freshers can apply).
