Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls, provide product information, generate leads, and support sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and queries politely.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or as required).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle phone calls professionally.
• Positive attitude, convincing power, and patience.
• Experience in telecalling / telesales will be an added advantage.

Work Experience:0–3 years (Freshers can apply).
