Job Description

MayoGrills is looking for a highly proactive and business-minded Business Executive to lead Research & Development initiatives related to restaurant operations and process improvement. This role is not limited to routine operational work . It requires a strategic thinker who can approach challenges from a business owner’s and director’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development activities to improve restaurant operations, systems, and business efficiency.
  • Monitor and oversee daily operations across outlets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with outlet staff and management teams to ensure proper workflow and accountability.
