Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, field sales, and references
  • Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers
  • Explain features, benefits, and terms of credit cards clearly
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
  • Follow up with customers for application completion and approval
  • Stay updated on product offerings and competitor activities
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
  • Basic knowledge of banking/financial products (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel (for field sales roles)
