Job Description

Front Office Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls and Inperson.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM/software.
  • Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate/Diploma.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 0–3 years preferred.
