Salon Manager

Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the salon.
• Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.
• Schedule employee shifts and manage attendance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and customer flow.
• Track sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Manage inventory of beauty products, tools, and salon supplies.
• Coordinate product displays and recommend retail products to customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff performance.
