Telecalling Debt Recovery Agent

Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller – Debt Recovery to handle customer and client calls for payment follow-up and recovery. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection of dues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients regarding pending payments.
• Follow up regularly on outstanding dues and payment commitments.
• Communicate professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
• Negotiate and coordinate with customers for payment recovery.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment status.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Escalate unresolved or delayed payment cases to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and account-related issues.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Debt Recovery / Collections / Payment Follow-up.
• Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Banking, Fintech, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• computer knowledge related to v lookup, pivot table.
• Target-oriented and persistent in follow-ups.
