Job Summary:

Moham Capital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team in Pondicherry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our financial products and services, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain relationships
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
