Telesales Executive

Py Fashion World Academy is Puducherry's No.1 ladies tailoring & fashion designing institute — ISO certified, MSME recognized, with 12+ years of experience and 1000+ students trained. We are looking for a confident, organized female candidate to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Call enquiry leads and convert them into admissions
• Follow up with prospective students via phone and WhatsApp
• Handle front desk, student queries, and walk-in admissions
• Maintain student admission records, fee collection entries, and daily reports
• Coordinate with students for batch schedules, certificates, and course updates
• Assist in managing social media enquiry messages (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs)
• Support day-to-day admin operations of the academy

Requirements

• Female candidate — mandatory
• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, front office, or admin role
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Residents of Puducherry preferred

Qualifications

• Any degree or diploma — 10th / 12th pass with relevant experience also considered
