Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests courteously.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
- Check guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
