Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Operator to join our team and oversee the operation and maintenance of various water treatment plants, including Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), De-mineralization (DM), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).
Responsibilities:
1.Plant Operation:
- Operate and monitor UF, RO, DM, STP, and ETP plants to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Adjust and calibrate machinery to maintain proper water treatment processes.
2.Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on water treatment equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and implement preventive maintenance activities.
3.Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Water Treatment Operator, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with UF, RO, DM, STP, and ETP systems and their maintenance.
- Knowledge of water quality testing methods and equipment.
