Job SummaryBhandari Bhuse Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, GST compliance, and strong coordination skills with vendors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
• Prepare purchase, sales, and expense reports
• Manage vendor payments, follow-ups, and ledger reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and financial transactions
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audits
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Tally (with GST) – Mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory
• Good understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting principles
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

• Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in real estate, construction, or related industry (preferred)
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Candidates based in Pune or nearby areas preferred
