Job DescriptionTrue Tech Enterprise is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally/ERP software. Similar accounting roles in the Bhosari MIDC area commonly include bookkeeping, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and MIS reporting responsibilities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Handle purchase, sales, and journal entries in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with CA/Auditors for audits and return filings.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Requirements1–4 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
