💰 Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities related to peripheral camps, receipts, banking, petty cash, and incentive calculations. The candidate should be comfortable working on Tally, handling cash/bank transactions, and ensuring accurate business confirmations.

🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRAs)

✅ Handling Peripheral Camp OPD receipts and proper bank mapping (IndusInd Bank)

✅ Checking and updating Camp Online Receipt Books with accurate Tally entries

✅ Verifying and tallying Camp Cash Income on a regular basis

✅ Updating and reconciling IndusInd Bank payments

✅ Maintaining Petty Cash records for Chinchwad location with timely Tally entries

✅ Ensuring Business Confirmation of Peripheral Camps

✅ Calculating and validating Peripheral Incentives accurately

✅ Posting TFF Online Receipts from RBL Bank in Tally and confirming TFF business

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

✔️ Hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting practices

✔️ Good knowledge of cash handling, bank reconciliation, and MIS

✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✔️ Ability to meet timelines and follow compliance processes

✔️ Basic communication and coordination skills
