ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – HIRING NOW

Baner, Pune | Full-Time (On-site)

Company: RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 2–3 years (CA Firm preferred)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance

Role OverviewWe are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in

Accounting, GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance, along with audit support and financial reporting.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping, accounting entries & bank reconciliation
  • GST filing & reconciliation (GSTR-1, 3B, 2A/2B)
  • TDS returns (24Q/26Q) & compliance
  • Income Tax computation & ITR filing
  • Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet & MIS reports
  • Accounts payable/receivable management
  • Audit support & client coordination
  • Maintain compliance calendar & documentation
  • Skills RequiredTally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (must)
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of GST portal, TRACES & Income Tax portal
  • Strong accuracy, communication & multitasking skills
  • PreferredCA firm experience (multi-client handling)
  • Knowledge of MahaRERA, ROC & basic compliance
