We are looking for a driven and personable Sales & Client Engagement Executive to join our team and contribute to the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 💼 Sales & Lead Conversion

- Make outbound sales calls to potential leads who have shown interest in our masterclasses, webinars, or social media ads.

- Present and promote our public speaking and communication coaching programs to prospects in a compelling and personalized manner.

- Convert leads into paid participants for group or one-on-one coaching programs.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly conversion targets.

• 📱 Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups

- Regularly follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.

- Engage and re-engage inactive leads through follow-up messaging sequences.

- Build strong relationships and trust with potential clients to support the buying decision.

• 📲 WhatsApp Group & Community Management

- Create and manage WhatsApp groups for masterclass participants.

- Engage group members with reminders, updates, and value-driven content before and after sessions.

- Track responses, queries, and maintain an organized log of group activities.

• 🎥 Zoom Meeting Scheduling & Coordination

- Schedule and manage Zoom sessions for masterclasses and coaching calls.

- Send reminders and Zoom links to participants across channels (WhatsApp, email).

- Assist with technical coordination during live Zoom sessions if needed.
