Job Description
App Developer (CRM / Marketing / MIS)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain mobile applications (Android/iOS) for real estate operations.
* Build and manage CRM systems for effective lead management and follow-ups.
* Integrate APIs, property listings, maps, and backend services.
* Automate workflows and enhance overall system performance.
* Support marketing activities, including campaign execution and social media management.
* Create videos, creatives, and presentations using Canva, and assist in marketing content development.
* Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
* Analyze data and coordinate with the sales team to improve performance.
Who Can Apply:
* Freshers or experienced candidates with a passion for app development.
* Knowledge of mobile app technologies, Google AppSheet, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with APIs, Firebase, or backend services is an added advantage.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media handling.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for MIS reporting.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design.
* Strong interest in real estate workflows and lead management.
* Willingness to learn, multitask, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
