Job Description
Job Title: Architect – Industrial Projects
Job Summary
We are looking for an Architect with experience in industrial and commercial projects to develop concept designs, site planning, architectural drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept and detailed architectural designs for industrial buildings and offices.
- Develop site planning, master planning, and land utilization layouts.
- Prepare building plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Fire, and Infrastructure teams for integrated design.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.
- Support tender, GFC, and as-built drawing preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of industrial planning, building regulations, and construction practices.
