Job Description
Read and understand mechanical drawings and basic GD&T.
Fit and align fixture components with accuracy.
Perform drilling, tapping, reaming, grinding, and finishing work.
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools safely.
Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure proper fitment and smooth functioning of fixture assemblies.
Rectify minor assembly issues and report major defects to the supervisor.
Maintain 5S and follow all safety procedures in the work area.
Support fixture trials, inspection, and dispatch activities when required.
