Assembly Technician

Job Title: Assembly Fitter (Hydraulic & Pneumatic Equipment)

Location: Dhayari

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Industry: Manufacturing Heavy Equipmet/Machinery

We are looking for an Assembly Fitter responsible for assembling hydraulic and pneumatic systems as per drawings and technical specifications. The role involves mechanical fitting, installation, and basic testing of components to ensure proper functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic components such as cylinders, valves, pumps, hoses, and fittings
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, GA drawings, and schematics
• Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and fastening of parts
• Connect hydraulic and pneumatic lines with proper sealing and routing
• Carry out basic pressure testing and leak checking
• Ensure correct use of tools, torque, and assembly sequence
• Identify and rectify assembly issues
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of components
• Follow safety procedures and shop-floor discipline

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Understanding of fittings, threads, seals, and connectors
• Good practical and mechanical aptitude

Qualifications

• ITI (Fitter / Mechanical) – Preferred
• Freshers or candidates without formal qualification but with practical skills can also apply

Other Requirements

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willingness to work in workshop / site conditions
