Position


Backend & TTNS Executive


Job Summary


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend & TTNS Executive to support backend operations and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, experience handling emails professionally, and the ability to provide excellent customer support.


Key Responsibilities


- Perform daily backend operational activities accurately and efficiently.

- Manage and maintain records using Microsoft Excel.

- Handle customer queries through email and ensure timely responses.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.

- Use Microsoft Outlook for professional email communication and calendar management.


Required Skills & Qualifications


- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:

 - VLOOKUP

 - Pivot Tables

 - Conditional Formatting

 - Data Validation

 - Basic Charts and Reporting

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook (email management, scheduling, folders, and rules).

- Experience in customer support (email-based support preferred).

- Strong written communication and professional email etiquette.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.


Experience


- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.


Salary (CTC)


- Freshers: 15,000 – 17,000 per month (CTC)

- Experienced (1–3 years): 19,000 – 20,000 per month (CTC)
