Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: kk Market, / Pune
Department: Operations / Administration
Employment Type: Full-time
- 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and maintain data entry, records, and documentation
- Manage emails, reports, and internal communication
- Support front office / sales team with required data and updates
- Maintain databases and ensure accuracy of information
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Handle customer queries (if required, via email or calls)
- Ensure proper filing and document management.
- 🎓 Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree (Any stream)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling)
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of office management systems
- 💼 ExperienceFresher or 0–2 years of experience in back office / admin role
- 💰 Salary₹12000– ₹15000 per month (depending on experience)
- ⭐ Preferred Skills (Optional)Knowledge of Excel formulas / MIS reporting
- Experience in CRM or data management software
