Job Description

  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and GST invoices.
  • Provide product rates, availability, and quotations to customers promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
  • Ensure timely billing and maintain complete customer and transaction records.
  • Assist in inventory coordination and stock updates with the store team.
  • Submit daily reports on pending quotations, pending dispatches, and order status.
