Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Management & Billing Engineer with experience in infrastructure and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, project monitoring, billing work, quantity verification, documentation, and office-related coordination activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSite ManagementSupervise day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the construction site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Billing & Office WorkPrepare client bills, contractor bills, and running account (RA) bills.
• Verify quantities as per site execution and BOQ.
• Maintain measurement sheets and billing records.
• Coordinate with accounts and project teams for bill processing.
• Prepare material reconciliation and project documentation.
• Handle office coordination, reporting, and project records.
• Maintain invoices, purchase records, and site correspondence.
