Branch Manager

Following all the

Standard norms and guidelines of a DTDC's General Franchisee.

Providing after sales Customer Service to

Walk-in as well as Credit Clients.

Proactively taking over and solving the

highly escalated or complicated complains.

Branch Delivery % should be as per the

standards and as per the policy set by the organization.

Responsible for the P&L of the

Branch.

Regular Collection of payments as per

credit period.

Presenting the operations, outstanding

and P&L to the Higher Management on weekly basis.

Handling a team of Field executives and

Retail Staff.

Meeting potential clients and

maintaining the pipeline as per the company standards.

Generating references from

existing or newly signed clients.

Maximizing the Business from

existing clients and Generating new Business.

Proven experience as a Branch Incharge or in a relevant role.

Minimum 1 Year in Courier /Logistics /Cargo /Supply Chain Industry.

Proficiency

in English.

Good knowledge of MS

Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Hands-on

experience with CRM software is a plus.

Fast learner and passion to

lead a team and develop new business.

Should have leadership

qualities and an attitude to bring the best of the team.

Self-motivated with a

results-driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering

attractive presentations
