Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.)
- 🔹 Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
