About GetLookGetLook is a leading at-home beauty and wellness service platform providing professional salon services at customers' homes. We are expanding our operations team and looking for energetic individuals who can help manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day city operations and service execution.
• Coordinate with customers and service partners for smooth appointments.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain service timelines and operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding and coordination of beauty professionals.
• Track daily operations and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers can apply.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Business Development, or related roles.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Strong coordination and people management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
