Job Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic, confident, and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive who can effectively handle leads from Justdial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, website inquiries, and other lead-generation platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Call and follow up with leads generated through Justdial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, website inquiries, and other sources.
* Understand customer requirements and present company services effectively.
* Convert inquiries into qualified business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
* Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with prospective clients.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
* Continuously identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities.
Required Skills
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Fluent, confident, and persuasive communication skills.
* Strong tele-calling and client-handling ability.
* Professional personality with positive attitude.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and online lead-generation platforms.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Female candidate preferred.
* Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation.
* Comfortable making high volumes of daily calls.
* Ability to independently manage leads and conversions.
* Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
