Job Description
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Drive sales growth by achieving individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups through CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, BFSI, or Direct Sales will be an added advantage.
