Job Summary:
Emerging Ethix Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand business opportunities in the water treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting water softeners, STP solutions, and water treatment systems to large societies, malls, corporates, and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to handle high-value B2B sales projects ranging from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹15 Lakhs and above.
Salary & Incentives:
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000
- Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Promote water softeners, STP systems, and water treatment solutions
- Meet builders, societies, corporates, malls, hotels, and commercial clients
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Handle B2B sales and business negotiations
- Follow up with leads and close sales deals
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain sales reports and client records
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:Graduate in any stream
- Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage
- Preferred Industries:Hospitality

- Industrial Equipment / Water Solutions
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good client-handling abilities
- Field sales and lead generation experience
- Confidence in handling high-value sales

- Language Requirements:Intermediate English communication required
- Marathi/Hindi communication preferred
