. They are responsible for setting up machines, loading raw materials, monitoring production, and inspecting finished components to ensure they meet exact specifications. Machine Setup: Calibrating and preparing CNC/VMC machines for production, including loading tools and setting coordinates. Operation: Operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and grinding. Quality Control: Inspecting finished products using precision measuring tools to verify they match technical drawings. Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery to keep them in good working order. Measurement Tools: Proficiency in using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
