Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional and customer-focused Cosmetologist Technician / Receptionist cum Assistant to join our cosmetology clinic in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, assisting cosmetologists during treatments, handling patient appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist patients and visitors at the clinic.
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient records.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and front desk operations.
• Assist cosmetologists and clinic staff during consultations and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and reception areas.
• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and payments.
• Support administrative and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Receptionist, Clinic Assistant, Front Desk Executive, Beauty Therapist, or similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
