Position: Data Entry Executive

Department: Logistics & Transport Operations

• Job ResponsibilitiesEnter daily logistics and transport data into the company software/system.
• Maintain records of Lorry Receipts (LR), Challans, Invoices, PODs, and delivery details.
• Prepare and generate customer bills and invoices accurately.
• Send and receive official emails related to shipments, billing, PODs, and customer communication.
• Update vehicle movement, dispatch, and delivery status records.
• Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
• Maintain digital and physical records of transport documents.
• Coordinate with operations, billing, and accounts departments for data updates.
• Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
• Ensure timely completion of data entry and documentation work.
• Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of logistics, transport, and billing processes preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or data entry will be an added advantage.
• Working HoursAs per company policy and operational requirements.
