Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Smart Data Entry Operator located at Chakan Vegetable Market, Pune.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily business data, billing records, sales entries, and documentation while supporting the team with digital tools, reporting, and CRM-related tasks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain daily sales & transaction records
- Handle billing entries and data documentation
- Prepare Excel reports, MIS reports, and summaries
- Maintain customer and vendor records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with cashier, sales, traders, and office staff
- Verify accuracy of invoices, bills, and stock-related data
- Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation
- Support daily operational and reporting activities
- Use AI tools and smart software to improve work efficiency
Required SkillsTechnical Skills✔ MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)

✔ CRM software handling

- QualificationsMinimum 1+ year experience in data entry, billing, or office operations
- Experience in wholesale / mandi / trading business preferred
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
