We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive who can use modern marketing tools, AI, and performance marketing strategies to generate real business results.

Key Responsibilities

1.Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Generate high-quality leads at the lowest cost per lead

Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly

Create high-converting ad creatives and marketing funnels

2.Social Media Management

Manage company Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn pages

Plan and execute social media content calendars

Create engaging Marathi marketing content

Increase reach, engagement, and lead generation

3.Creative Design

Design marketing creatives using Canva / Figma

Create professional posters, ads creatives, banners, and campaign designs

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

4.Video Editing

Create reels, short-form content, and promotional videos

Edit videos optimized for social media and advertising

5.Website & Landing Page Development

Design and update company websites

Create high-converting landing pages for ad campaigns

Optimize pages for lead generation and conversions

Work with marketing team to improve user experience and funnel flow

WhatsApp Marketing AutomationHandle WATI WhatsApp campaigns

Create and manage WhatsApp broadcast and automation flows

Build WhatsApp lead nurturing campaigns

Integrate WhatsApp communication with marketing funnel

6.AI-Driven MarketingUse

 AI tools for content creation, ad copywriting, creative generation, and automation

Implement modern AI marketing workflows

Explore new AI tools to improve marketing performance

7.Marketing Strategy Support

Assist in building high-converting marketing funnels

Support campaign launches and promotions

Track marketing performance and generate reports

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Experience with Canva and Figma

Website designing and landing page creation

Experience in WhatsApp marketing using WATI

Video editing for social media

Excellent Marathi content writing skills

Understanding of lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of AI tools used in digital marketing

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing

Creative and performance-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Passion for learning modern marketing technologies

Strong problem-solving and execution skills
