Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Paid Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through audience testing, creative testing, and bidding strategies.

Growth & Lead Generation

• Build and improve lead generation funnels.
• Increase lead quality and conversion rates through continuous optimization.
• Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead performance and customer acquisition.
• Identify new channels and strategies to generate business opportunities.

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Manage website and landing pages to improve user experience and conversions.
• Coordinate with developers for website improvements and tracking implementation.
• Ensure all campaigns are properly tracked using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

Brand & Content Marketing

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign creatives, videos, and promotional content.
• Manage social media campaigns that support business and lead generation goals.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign results, and competitor activities to support business decisions.

Innovation & Ownership

• Research new digital marketing trends, AI tools, and advertising opportunities.
• Recommend new ideas to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing efficiency.
• Take ownership of digital marketing execution and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
