Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview: Responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, and field sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead generation: Identify potential customers and create sales opportunities

* Customer acquisition: Convert leads and contribute to revenue growth

* Relationship management: Build and maintain strong client connections

* Product presentation: Explain products/services clearly to clients

* Negotiation & closing: Handle objections and close deals effectively

* CRM & reporting: Update customer data and track sales progress

* Field visits: Meet clients regularly and manage on-ground sales

Skills Required:

* Communication & interpersonal skills

* Negotiation & sales ability

* Time management & problem-solving

* Presentation skills & product knowledge

* Self-motivated with basic CRM knowledge

Other Requirements:
