🎯 ROLE SUMMARYRBC Salon Furniture is looking for energetic, ambitious, and hungry-to-grow individuals for our Pune field sales team. No prior sales experience required — we will train you from scratch. If you have confidence, communication skills, and the drive to earn well — this role is for you.

• 📋 WHAT YOU WILL DOVisit salons, beauty parlours, spas, and hair studios across Pune daily
• Present RBC's product catalogue and close orders
• Build relationships with salon owners and follow up regularly
• Generate new leads through referrals and cold visits
• Submit daily visit reports to manager
• Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ WHO CAN APPLYEducation

• Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
• Any Graduate preferred — BBA / B.Com / BA / any stream

Must Have

• Own two-wheeler + valid driving licence ✅
• Good communication in Marathi + Hindi ✅
• Smartphone with WhatsApp ✅
• Willingness to do daily field work ✅
• Pune city geography knowledge ✅
