Department: Finance & Human Resources
Reporting To: Director / General Manager
Location: Pune
Position Summary : The Finance, Accounts & HR Executive will be responsible for managing the company's accounting, taxation, payroll, statutory compliance, employee records, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR administration. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of financial and HR activities.
- Key Responsibilities
A. Finance & AccountsMaintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment and Journal Entries.
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Generate GST Invoices and E-Invoices.
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Vendor payment planning and reconciliation.
- Petty cash management.
- Monthly MIS Reports.
- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet support.
- Fixed Asset Register maintenance.
- Inventory accounting coordination.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant during audits.
B. Taxation & ComplianceGST working and reconciliation.
- TDS deduction and reconciliation.
- Support filing of GST, TDS and Income Tax documents.
- Maintain statutory records.
- ROC and other compliance documentation support.
C. Payroll & HRPayroll processing.
- Salary sheet preparation.
- Attendance & Leave Management.
- Employee Joining & Exit Formalities.
- Appointment Letters, Offer Letters and Confirmation Letters.
- Maintain Employee Personal Files.
- PF, ESIC and Labour compliance coordination.
- HRMS data management.
- Recruitment coordination.
- Employee induction.
- Performance appraisal documentation.
- Training records.
D. AdministrationOffice documentation.
- Travel reimbursement verification.
- Vendor document management.
- Insurance records.
- Office asset records.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Required QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Electrical / Automation industry preferred.
