Job Description
- Video Editing – A designer who is proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or even After Effects for more advanced motion graphics.
- Social Media Knowledge – They should have an understanding of platform trends, like Instagram Reels, TikTok challenges, and YouTube Shorts.
- Graphic Design – They must be experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with the ability to create eye-catching visuals for overlays, text, and transitions.
- Animation & Motion Graphics – Ability to create smooth transitions, effects, and animations that can elevate a Reel’s engagement.
- Content Strategy Understanding – Ideally, they should understand how to craft a Reel that aligns with social media algorithms and best practices for engagement, including hook placement, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Attention to Detail – A designer who knows how to balance text, imagery, and video clips to make a polished final product.
