Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities :

Create visually appealing designs, layouts, and graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Develop creative concepts using design software or by hand.

Design illustrations, banners, ads, and promotional content.

Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Edit and produce engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

Work on basic animations and motion graphics using modern tools.

Utilize AI-based design and animation tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Create designs using platforms like Canva for quick and effective marketing creatives.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Maintain organized files, assets, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (color, typography, layout, etc.).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with Canva and AI design tools (such as generative design or AI animation platforms).

Basic skills in video editing and animation.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

Candidates who have completed a Graphic Design course.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, video, or animation work.

Freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with social media creatives and ad design.

Knowledge of motion graphics and reels editing.

Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
